	1.	How much does it cost? Nothing, it is completely free.

	2.	When will I receive the email alerts regarding my FD trackers? We will monitor interest rates daily. So you will get an email alert regarding your FD the day the conditions of your FD tracker have been met.

	6.	I can't remember my password. What now? Go to "Forgot Password?" page. Enter your e-mail address and click on "Submit." Your password will be e-mailed to you.

	7.	How can I change (add or delete) my FD tracker subscriptions? Go to "Login" page and login to your account. Go to the FD tracker link of the left menu and click on it. You can add and delete FD tracker subscriptions from there.

	8.	How can I change my email or password? Go to "Login" page and login to your account. Go to the Profile link of the left menu and click on it. You can modify your email or password from there.

	9.	Will my email be kept private and confidential? Your email privacy and confidentiality is very important to us. Hence, we will not share your email or personal details with anybody. We also pledge to send only relevant emails from our website to your email address.

	11.	Why is there a beta in the title? This is the first release of the FD Rate Tracker product. Although we have done substantial testing, during the initial introduction period there is a possibility of some glitches, minor bugs etc. that you may encounter.
