Fixed Deposit Rates in J.K. Paper Ltd.

The company may at its sole discretion permit the depositor to withdraw the deposit amount prior to maturity. In the event of the company agreeing to repay a deposit before the maturity date, the rate of interest payable will be governed by the rules framed under the provisions of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 1975, as amended from time to time and in all such cases simple rate of interest will be applicable to both categories of deposits.
